Lots of water, seriously! And high-volume, low-calorie foods like big salads with lean protein, or a massive bowl of roasted veggies. Fiber is your best friend.

Sugar-free gum is my secret weapon. Also, hot tea or black coffee can help curb appetite. And making sure my protein intake is really high helps immensely.

I portion out all my snacks and meals so there's no mindless eating. Distraction works for me too – if I feel a craving, I'll go for a quick walk or do some chores.
