Been seeing YK-11 popping up again on TikTok and every dude claims “crazy lean gains in 4 weeks,” but then you dig deeper and it’s all joint pain, back pumps and feeling wrecked. Anyone here in the last year actually get real, keepable muscle off it? Or is it just another “looks good on paper, feels terrible in real life” SARM?
Ran it earlier this year. Strength jumped quick but my elbows felt like they were grinding glass by week 3. Looked leaner, yeah, but nothing I kept after PCT.
Same story. It hits fast but it’s dry as hell. All my joints hated me. Feels powerful but fragile at the same time.
Damn, so the “lean gains” are real but they’re basically temporary? That’s kinda what I was worried about.
Temporary is the perfect word. You’ll look crazy for a few weeks, then it falls off quick. Plus the tendon dryness is no joke.
Honestly felt like I was walking around dehydrated 24/7. Pumps were insane but joints felt sketchy. Wouldn’t run it again.
Yeah the joint stuff is a dealbreaker for me. I lift heavy can’t have my elbows turning into chalk lol.
If you’re chasing keepable gains, skip YK bro. RAD or LGD way more stable. YK is like a flashy rental car looks good till you give it back.
I only know ONE dude who liked it and he’s built different. For most people it’s hype, pain, then disappointment.
