I started with around 25-50mg per day depending on how I felt and didn't go over 50mg more isn’t always better with this kind of stuff. You want to find that sweet spot where you feel the effects without overdoing it. And yeah always stack it with good food, sleep and solid training. When you do it right Halo will deliver serious gains but you gotta put in the work outside of just popping the caps.

Fluoxymesterone the Halo is one of those compounds that gets a lot of attention and for good reason it’s insane for strength but you gotta be careful with it. This stuff is a hardcore oral steroid and it’s all about pushing strength through the roof especially for short bursts like powerlifting meets or competition prep.

It's usually not something you’re gonna be on for months at a time. I’ve personally seen guys run it for about 4-6 weeks max just to really get the strength boost without trashing their joints, liver and overall health. Any longer than that and you’re really playing with fire especially since it’s liver toxic. One of the big advantages of Halotestin is how quickly it hits. You'll notice strength gains within the first week or two but you gotta remember this is not a “bulking” steroid. It’s strength-focused so you’re not gonna see massive weight gain like you might with something like dianabol. But if you’re hitting PRs and grinding through heavy lifts with insane focus? Yeah it’ll get you there.
