That’s the move. Stack them, dial training intensity back slightly, and you should notice recovery speed up.
Also pinning method matters. Some go subq near the injury, others systemically. I’ve had good results in injecting closer to the affected area.
Yep, localized worked better for me too. Especially with BPC. TB-500 seems more systemic regardless.

BPC works more on the gut and soft tissue repair while TB-500 hits harder on muscle recovery and blood flow so together they cover more ground. My elbow pain’s easing up faster than it did when I ran just BPC alone. Solid combo if you’re dealing with stubborn injuries.
