Test-only, heavy lifting, food, rest. First cycle will feel like a cheat code. If you keep it simple, you’ll be amazed at the results.

Exactly. Don’t chase a crazy stack right away. First cycle magic only happens once take advantage by keeping it clean and structured.

Test keep it simple🙌 A solid beginner dose is usually around 300–500mg per week for 12 weeks. This is enough to feel the effects without going overboard. Keep an eye on your weight aim for a steady gain of around 1-2 pounds per week any faster could mean too much fat. Also monitor your mood, energy and any signs of estrogen buildup.
Don’t forget to have a solid PCT planned post-cycle. Stay safe don’t rush and let the gains come naturally.💪
