Anyone Tried Running TB-500 and BPC Together for Recovery?
Been dealing with some stubborn elbow pain that won’t fully go away. I’ve used BPC-157 before with decent results, but I’m considering adding TB-500 alongside it. Has anyone here stacked both? Curious if it speeds up recovery compared to just running one.
Re: Anyone Tried Running TB-500 and BPC Together for Recovery?
I’ve run both together. Honestly felt like the healing process was faster than with just BPC. Elbow tendonitis calmed down quicker than usual.
Re: Anyone Tried Running TB-500 and BPC Together for Recovery?
TB-500 gave me more of a “systemic” recovery feeling, while BPC seemed to target the actual injured area. Together they worked well for me.
Re: Anyone Tried Running TB-500 and BPC Together for Recovery?
If your pain is minor, BPC alone usually does the job. TB-500 isn’t cheap, so stacking both depends on how bad the injury is.

Good point. Mine’s not crippling but lingers and slows training. I just don’t want to waste time if running both doesn’t add much.

For nagging joints/tendons, the combo seems worth it. I felt less inflammation after about 2 weeks when stacking both.
Re: Anyone Tried Running TB-500 and BPC Together for Recovery?
I tried TB-500 alone and didn’t notice much, but once I added BPC the difference was night and day. They complement each other well.

Don’t expect miracles though. I still need rest and smart training. They help speed recovery, not replace it.

Agree with this. Peptides work, but if you keep hammering heavy lifts with no break, results will be limited.

Makes sense. I’ll probably use them as an extra tool but also ease up on pressing movements for a bit.
