I want to start a new topic where we can share personal experiences with **SARM stacks**. If you've run a stack, like LGD-4033 with MK-677 or RAD-140 with Cardarine, what were your results? I'm looking for real-world logs: dosages, cycle length, diet, training, and a brief summary of gains and side effects. Let's get some real data out there for the community.
I did a log on a LGD-4033 and MK-677 stack last year. Protocol was LGD at 10mg/day and MK-677 at 25mg/day for 8 weeks. Diet was a clean bulk, training was a 5-day split. I gained about 10lbs, most of it lean. Strength went up across the board. The MK-677 helped with appetite and sleep, which was great for the bulk. Side effects: LGD suppression was noticeable, and MK-677 gave me some minor water retention and lethargy. PCT with Nolvadex was a must.
I ran a RAD-140 and Cardarine stack for a recomp. RAD-140 at 15mg/day and Cardarine at 20mg/day for 6 weeks. Diet was a slight caloric deficit. I gained a few pounds of muscle and lost a significant amount of fat. Strength went up dramatically. The Cardarine really helped with energy for cardio. Side effects: a bit of hair shedding from the RAD, and suppression was there. No PCT, just a natural booster, and I felt a bit off for a few weeks. Should have done a SERM.
I did a cycle of Ostarine and BPC-157 to recover from a shoulder injury while maintaining muscle. Ostarine at 20mg/day, BPC-157 at 300mcg/day, for 8 weeks. It was a very gentle stack. I recovered completely from my injury and didn't lose any muscle mass. Strength was maintained. No noticeable side effects or suppression, so I didn't need a PCT. It was a great 'bridge' cycle.
These are great logs. It's important that users share both the good and the bad. The suppression and side effects are real, and logging them helps others make informed decisions. Also, remember that everyone responds differently, so what works for one person might not work for another. Start low and go slow.
Thanks for sharing, everyone. These logs are so valuable. It highlights the importance of a proper PCT with the more powerful SARMs, and the different goals you can achieve with different stacks. RecoveryRx, I love that you used a peptide to address a specific issue and not just for mass.
It's a good way to use them. Not everyone wants to get huge. Some people just want to train without pain. The therapeutic use of these compounds is a big part of the conversation. I think we'll see more of that in the future.
The log from VO2Commander about the hair shedding from RAD-140 is a perfect example of why this is important. It highlights a real side effect that people need to be prepared for and have a plan to mitigate, if possible. Thanks for sharing the honest feedback.
