It helps me organize my thoughts, especially when I'm feeling overwhelmed. Just getting things out of my head and onto paper is therapeutic. No need for perfect grammar or structure, just write!

I use it for gratitude. Every morning, I list 3-5 things I'm grateful for. It really shifts my perspective for the day.

I don't journal consistently, but when I'm really stressed or facing a big decision, writing down pros and cons or just a "brain dump" helps me see things clearer.
