My Personal PCT Stack: A Review

Let's get specific. I'll share my PCT stack and would love to hear what others use. My last PCT was a 6-week protocol: Nolvadex (40/40/20/20mg), and a natural support stack of Ashwagandha, Zinc, and Vitamin D. It was a smooth recovery with minimal side effects. What does your go-to stack look like?

That's a pretty standard and effective stack. I'm a fan of the Nolvadex and Clomid combo for a more robust HPTA stimulation. My protocol is usually Clomid (50/50/25/25mg) and Nolvadex (20/20/10/10mg). I'll add in a multivitamin and some fish oil for overall health.

I like to keep it simple. Nolvadex at 20mg a day for 4-6 weeks is my go-to. I find that less is more, especially if the cycle wasn't overly suppressive. I don't want to overwhelm my system with too many compounds. I also use a liver support supplement like TUDCA.

I had a bad experience with Clomid, so I'm a Nolvadex-only guy. I start with 40mg for two weeks and then drop to 20mg for two weeks. I add in some Tongkat Ali to help with libido, and it's worked well for me. The biggest part of my stack, though, is a lot of quality sleep.

It's all about tailoring the stack to your specific needs. For my last PCT, I used a low-dose AI for the first week because I was running a compound that was known to cause high estrogen. After the first week, I dropped the AI and just ran a standard Nolvadex protocol. Bloodwork confirmed it was a good choice.

It's important to note that a "stack" doesn't just mean a bunch of pills. Your PCT stack is your training, your diet, your sleep, and your mental health plan. It's a holistic approach, and that's what separates a good recovery from a great one.

True, AnaboMod. The SERM is the foundation, but everything else you do is the house. Without a good foundation, the house crumbles. Without a good house, the foundation is useless. All parts are equally important.

So, no matter what your "stack" is, make sure it's tailored to your cycle, your body, and guided by data. Don't just copy-paste a protocol you saw online.
