HGH and Insulin: How do you time your doses?

I've been hearing a lot about the benefits of using HGH and Insulin together to maximize muscle growth, but I'm very concerned about the risks of hypoglycemia with insulin. For those with experience, how do you structure your doses? What's the safest way to time the insulin injection around HGH and meals?

This is an incredibly advanced and dangerous protocol, AnaboMod. You should have a medical professional overseeing this. The risk of severe hypoglycemia and death is very real. With that said, HGH is typically dosed in the morning, and insulin is dosed post-workout with a high-glycemic carb meal to replenish glycogen and maximize nutrient uptake. NEVER take insulin without a post-injection meal ready.

I cannot emphasize enough how dangerous this is. Insulin is a powerful and potentially lethal hormone. The timing is critical. You must consume carbs immediately after the injection. Many people start with a very low dose, like 2-5 IUs, and build from there. But this is not something to experiment with on your own. Hypoglycemia can happen fast and can be fatal.

The goal is to use insulin to shuttle nutrients into the muscle cells when they're most sensitive (post-workout). HGH is used for its anabolic and fat-loss properties. The two work together, but the risk-reward ratio for non-professionals is very high. A common approach is to dose HGH first thing in the morning and then use insulin post-workout with a simple carb shake.

You also need to think about the type of insulin. Fast-acting insulin like Humalog is the most common for this purpose, but it requires precise timing. You have a very small window to get the carbs in. It's a discipline that requires a lot of education and self-control.

And the long-term health risks are significant, including the potential for insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes. This is a choice that can permanently alter your health. Be sure you fully understand the consequences before you even think about starting. This is not a path to be taken lightly.

To summarize: HGH in the morning. Insulin post-workout, immediately followed by high-glycemic carbs. Start with a very low dose. Have sugary drinks or glucose tabs on hand at all times. And seriously, consider the risks. This is not for everyone.
