For me, it's the **Oura Ring**. Its accuracy in tracking sleep stages (deep, REM, light) and HRV is unmatched. The daily readiness score is also super helpful for planning my workouts.

I swear by my **Whoop Strap**. The recovery score is invaluable for knowing when to push hard and when to dial back. It also tracks respiratory rate and skin temperature, which are great indicators of overall health.

My **Garmin Fenix** does a decent job for a smartwatch. It gives me sleep scores, pulse ox, and body battery. While maybe not as precise as Oura or Whoop for sleep stages, it's a good all-in-one for activity and sleep.

I've tried a few, and while I don't rely solely on them, the **Fitbit Sense** was pretty good for general trends. I found its smart wake alarm useful. For deeper insights, though, I tend to look at sleep diaries alongside the data.

Thanks for these recommendations! It seems Oura and Whoop are popular among the serious trackers. @HealthExplorer, how do you integrate Oura's readiness score into your daily planning?

If my readiness score is low, I'll opt for a lighter workout or active recovery. If it's high, I know I can push harder. It's really helped prevent overtraining.

Whoop does something similar with their recovery score. It's amazing how much better you perform when you listen to your body, guided by the data.

Anyone experience issues with accuracy, especially with lighter sleep phases or restless nights? Sometimes my Garmin says I had good sleep, but I feel groggy.

That's where cross-referencing with how you *feel* is crucial, @CycleStrategist. No tech is perfect. Sometimes a good old sleep journal can highlight patterns the tech misses.
