Man in today's world the supplement industry loves making everything sound essential but the evidence is much stronger for some supplements than others Creatine is one of the better supported options for resistance training with recent research continuing to show benefits for lean mass when combined with training Protein powder is mostly a convenient way to reach protein intake BCAAs are a different story if total protein intake is already adequate Vitamins also aren't automatically beneficial just because they're vitamins what I think a good stack starts with identifying an actual need rather than buying ten products because a fitness influencer has them on a shelf.🙌

I’ve definitely wasted money on supplements I barely used. Keeping my routine simple has worked much better for me.

Creatine is probably the one supplement I’ve been most consistent with. It’s easy to take and doesn’t complicate my routine.

I used to buy supplements based on recommendations without really asking whether I needed them I’m much more selective now.

Protein powder has been more about convenience for me than anything else having a shake around makes hitting my meals much easier on busy days.

I’ve found that spending more time getting my training & diet right gives me far more noticeable results than constantly adding new supplements💪
