Hey everyone, I've been struggling with getting truly *deep* sleep lately. I wake up feeling groggy even after 7-8 hours. What are your go-to strategies for improving sleep quality?

For me, consistency is key. Going to bed and waking up at the same time every day, even weekends, makes a huge difference. Also, a dark, cool room!

Absolutely, FreshFork! I'd add limiting screen time an hour before bed. The blue light really messes with melatonin production. Herbal teas like chamomile or valerian root can also be helpful.

Don't forget about optimizing your sleep environment. A good quality mattress and pillows are worth the investment. And try keeping your bedroom for sleep only – no working or watching TV in bed.

CycleStrategist is spot on! A dedicated sleep space helps your brain associate the room with rest. I also find a warm bath or shower before bed incredibly relaxing.
