Setting realistic short-term goals helps a lot. And celebrating non-scale victories – like fitting into old clothes or hitting a new PR in the gym. Focus on progress, not perfection.

Having a strong "why" is crucial. Reminding myself of my long-term health and fitness goals. Also, journaling about my feelings helps differentiate between physical hunger and emotional eating.

Finding healthy alternatives for cravings is key. Instead of reaching for ice cream, I might have Greek yogurt with berries. And having a supportive community, like this forum!

Allow for flexibility, not rigidity. One bad meal or even a bad day doesn't derail your entire progress. Just get back on track the next meal. Self-compassion is vital.
