Batch cooking protein! I roast a big tray of chicken breast or ground turkey on Sunday. Then I can just add it to different salads or stir-frys throughout the week. Mason jar salads are also fantastic.

My air fryer is my best friend. Roasts veggies and proteins super fast. I also precut all my veggies as soon as I get them from the store, so they're ready to grab and cook.

Keep it simple! Don't try to make 7 different gourmet meals. Focus on staples and vary spices/sauces. Frozen veggies are perfectly fine and save a lot of time.

MacroMancer, I just wash and chop everything, then store in airtight containers or Ziploc bags. Carrots, celery, bell peppers, broccoli florets – they last pretty well for a few days.
