Data provides insights, but interpretation is key for coaches.
Metrics to analyze:
  • Heart rate (avg, max, time in zones).
  • Power (for cycling/running) and pace.
  • Cadence, stride rate.
  • Training Stress Score (TSS), Intensity Factor (IF), Normalized Power (NP).
  • Athlete comments and RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion).
