The Supplement Stack That’s Actually Worth the Money

I’ve tried a pretty ridiculous amount of supplements over the years, and honestly, most of them ended up being expensive dust sitting on my shelf. 😂
The few I actually keep coming back to are creatine, magnesium, and omega-3s. Simple, affordable, and they actually fit into my routine without needing some 15-ingredient “ultra hardcore” formula.
Curious what you guys are actually running these days. What’s one supplement you genuinely noticed a difference from, and what turned out to be straight-up marketing hype?

Creatine is probably the biggest no-brainer for me. Cheap, simple and I actually noticed a difference over time.

I’m with you on the expensive pee thing 😂. I’ve bought some wild stuff because the label looked badass, only to never touch it again after a couple weeks.

For me it’s creatine + whey + caffeine. Nothing fancy. I’d rather spend the extra money on decent food and groceries.

Magnesium was one I overlooked for years. Not saying it’s some miracle supplement, but once I got more consistent with my overall routine, it became one of those things I just kept around.

Yeah, that’s basically where I’m at. I’m way more skeptical of the “17-in-1 anabolic recovery matrix” stuff these days 😂. If the basics are covered, I’d rather not overcomplicate it.

Omega-3s are a staple for me too. Nothing flashy, just one of those boring supplements that actually makes sense in my routine.

Honestly, most dudes would probably get more out of fixing their sleep and diet than buying another $60 tub of mystery powder. The supplement aisle has gotten ridiculous.

I’ve tried a ton of pre-workouts and honestly caffeine is still king for me. Some of those labels have enough ingredients to qualify as a chemistry exam lol.

Creatine definitely stays. I don’t expect to wake up looking like a comic-book character, but it’s one of the few things I’ve consistently kept in the rotation without feeling like I’m wasting money.
