Beyond performance stuff, which general health supplements do you take and rate? Thinking vitamin D, fish oil, magnesium etc. Want to cover health basics without buying the whole pharmacy.

The sensible core for most people:
- Vitamin D3 - especially if you're indoors a lot or in a low-sun climate
- Omega-3 (fish oil) - if you don't eat oily fish regularly
- Magnesium - many people run low; can help sleep and muscle function
Ideally check bloods rather than guess, but those three are the common, low-risk basics.

Bloodwork to confirm rather than just guessing - good shout.

Always better to test than blanket-supplement. But D, omega-3 and magnesium are low-risk and commonly deficient, so they're reasonable defaults for most.

Magnesium glycinate in the evening genuinely helped my sleep quality. Vitamin D made a noticeable difference to my energy through winter. These aren't gym 'gains' supplements but feeling and sleeping better absolutely helps training indirectly.

Agree on those three. Just don't megadose - more isn't better, especially with fat-soluble vitamins like D. Sensible doses, ideally guided by bloods, and a decent diet covers most of the rest. Whole foods first.

D3, omega-3, magnesium - sensible doses, ideally check bloods, food first. That's a clean, low-risk health stack. Thanks both.
