Exactly. I’m not saying everything outside my stack is useless either. I just think people should figure out what actually benefits them instead of buying every new supplement that blows up on Instagram.

Protein powder for me is less of a supplement and more of a lazy-guy food hack 😂. If I’m short on protein for the day, shake and done. Otherwise I’d rather eat an actual meal.

My stack got smaller as my training got better. Funny how that works. When I was newer, I had a whole cabinet full of stuff. Now it’s basically the essentials and I’m happier with it.

I think that’s the biggest lesson. Supplements should fill gaps, not become the foundation. If the training, food, sleep, and consistency are trash, no fancy tub is gonna save the program.
