I use a physical alarm clock instead of my phone as an alarm. This way, my phone isn't the first thing I interact with in the morning.

Leave your phone in another room when you're doing focused work or spending time with family. Out of sight, out of mind really helps.

I schedule "no phone" times, especially around meals and an hour before bed. It's tough at first, but it makes a huge difference in being present.
