Combine them with visualization if you can! Imagine yourself achieving what the affirmation states.

The key is to believe them as you say them, or at least be open to the possibility. It's about retraining your brain.

These are all fantastic! I love the variety. I think I'll try "I am calm and at peace" for stress and see how that feels. Writing them down sounds like a good idea too.

I use "Every day is an opportunity for growth and improvement." I repeat it while cycling or running. It keeps me going.

Mine are more performance-focused. "I am strong, I am resilient, I will achieve my goals." I say them during my warm-up before a lift.

I focus on self-compassion. "I am enough, and I am worthy of love and happiness." I like to write them down in my journal before bed.

Yes, I do! My favorite is "I am capable of handling anything that comes my way." I say it to myself in the mirror every morning.
