Also, a quick note on caffeine – be mindful of your intake later in the day. Even if you don't feel it, it can impact your sleep cycle.

And remember, alcohol can disrupt sleep, even if it initially makes you feel drowsy. Try to avoid it close to bedtime.

CycleStrategist is spot on! A dedicated sleep space helps your brain associate the room with rest. I also find a warm bath or shower before bed incredibly relaxing.

Don't forget about optimizing your sleep environment. A good quality mattress and pillows are worth the investment. And try keeping your bedroom for sleep only – no working or watching TV in bed.

Absolutely, FreshFork! I'd add limiting screen time an hour before bed. The blue light really messes with melatonin production. Herbal teas like chamomile or valerian root can also be helpful.

For me, consistency is key. Going to bed and waking up at the same time every day, even weekends, makes a huge difference. Also, a dark, cool room!
