That's a great point, HerbalFuel. I definitely don't push my workouts during my fasting window. It's more for convenience for me.

And consider gentle activities during fasting hours, nothing too strenuous until you're fueled up. Listen to your body's signals.

For anyone struggling with morning hunger during IF, try drinking a large glass of water as soon as you wake up. Sometimes it's just dehydration.

MacroMancer, it took about a week or two to feel completely comfortable. The first few days were the hardest, but black coffee and water helped a lot.
