100% agree brother PCT can mess with your head but staying mentally tough is the key. It’s all about staying locked in pushing through the grind and remembering that the tough moments are part of the process. Small wins like hitting extra reps go a long way in keeping the momentum. Also consistency is everything don't let low energy or cravings sidetrack you. Mental gains are just as crucial as the physical ones soo keep the mindset strong and trust the process. Staying disciplined through the mental challenges is what separates the good from the great.
