Been thinking about grabbing one too. Sometimes I wake up feeling like I barely slept but the data says my sleep’s "fine" I trust how I feel more than the numbers but having sleep data does help give a clearer picture of your recovery. The Whoop and Oura both track heart rate variability and recovery so you get a better idea of how your body’s handling stress but at the end of the day you know your body best. If I’m dragging even if it says I got enough rest I’ll adjust my training or focus more on recovery that day. It’s all about using the data as a tool not a rule**
