I actually tried cagrilitide right at the start of my training journey when I had zero clue about what I was doing. Thought it was just another magic pill so I jumped in all hyped up… and yeah complete fail. I was expecting to feel like some kind of shredded beast right away but instead I was just confused as hell. The appetite suppression was real but I wasn't fueling up properly so I ended up low energy and hangry as hell. Definitely not the best move. But now that I’ve got my routine dialed in i can see the value helps with cravings, no crashes and keeps me on track without feeling like I’m starving. If you’re a newbie like I was don’t skip the basics first but once you’re in the groove cagrilitide can be a solid tool for curbing those hunger pangs.
