Max Out or Control? How I Bench for REAL Gains

How do you bench ladies? Max out every session or focus on control? For me it's all about tight form chest up..back tight.. heels dug in. I control the descent then explode up. No bouncing the bar..no ego lifts. It's about quality reps.. not just weight. How do you train??
