To put it simply: you want to give your body every tool it needs to recover. That means proper nutrition, adequate sleep, and reduced stress. You can't out-supplement a bad diet or lack of sleep. It all works together.

The "high-fat" thing can be overblown. While healthy fats are important, a diet that's too high in fat can be a problem. The body needs a balance. Focus on whole foods, avoid junk, and ensure you're getting adequate protein. It's not magic, but it makes a huge difference.

Don't forget micronutrients! Zinc, Magnesium, and Vitamin D are non-negotiable. They are all involved in testosterone production and overall health. I also make sure to get plenty of greens and fiber to keep my digestive system and liver happy. It all contributes to a better recovery.

I'm a huge proponent of a high-protein, moderate-fat, and moderate-carb diet during PCT. Protein is essential for muscle protein synthesis, and healthy fats (like those from avocados, nuts, and fish) are crucial for hormone production. The carbs are there to fuel your workouts and maintain energy levels.

Nutrition is absolutely critical. You should not be in a deficit during PCT. Your body is already stressed from coming off cycle; adding a calorie deficit will only make it harder to recover and retain muscle. A slight surplus or at least a solid maintenance is the way to go.

Let's shift gears to something we can all control: diet. How important is nutrition during PCT? Should we be in a slight caloric surplus, or is maintenance better? What macronutrient ratios are ideal for supporting hormonal health and maintaining muscle mass? I've heard that high-fat diets are good for test production, but what are your thoughts?
