And if you're running a long cycle, get multiple blood panels done throughout to track your markers. Don't just get a pre-cycle and a post-cycle test.

It's all about a holistic approach. You can't just focus on the drugs and expect everything else to be fine. The foundation of health is still there, steroids just add another layer of complexity.

So, to summarize: regular BP monitoring, a clean diet with low sodium and high omega-3s, cardio, and sleep. And if things get out of control, a doctor is the only answer. This is an excellent reality check.

Another thing to consider is sleep. A lack of sleep can raise cortisol and blood pressure. Proper rest is part of the overall health strategy.

Hydration is also key. Dehydration can elevate BP. And make sure you're getting enough potassium from your diet to balance out sodium levels.

A high dose of an AI can also negatively affect cholesterol, so it's a balancing act. You need enough to control estrogen but not so much that you crash it and damage your lipid profile. Regular blood work is the only way to know for sure.

That's a question for a doctor, not a forum. If your BP is consistently high (e.g., above 140/90) or your lipid panels are dangerously out of whack, you need to see a medical professional. A doctor can prescribe medication, but they might also advise you to stop the cycle altogether.

This is all great advice. So, a combination of diet, supplements, and cardio. It seems like the best approach is to be proactive rather than reactive. What about prescription meds? At what point should someone consider something like a statin or a BP medication?

For blood pressure, cardio is your best friend. LISS cardio, even just a brisk walk, for 30 minutes a day can make a huge difference. Don't skip your cardio, especially on a bulking cycle with a lot of water retention.
