The most problematic combo for me was trying to mix too many stimulants (e.g., caffeine, modafinil, and a high dose of Alpha-GPC). Led to overstimulation, anxiety, and a massive crash. Less is often more in stacking!

Cycling is crucial. It also helps you determine if the nootropics are *really* having an effect, or if it's placebo. A good cycle for a stack could be 5 days on, 2 days off, or even taking a full week off every month.

I always recommend cycling everything, even safe compounds like L-Theanine. A few days on, a few days off, or weeks on, weeks off, prevents tolerance buildup and allows your brain's natural systems to reset. For stacking, I like **Bacopa Monnieri with Omega-3s**. It's a subtle but powerful memory and overall brain health combination that takes time to build up.

These are fantastic insights! The L-Theanine/Caffeine combo is definitely my baseline. CycleStrategist, Alpha-GPC and Uridine sounds interesting for cognitive tasks. RecoveryRx, I appreciate the caution on racetams and "research chemicals." What about cycling stacks vs. individual nootropics?
