And a comfortable, supportive pillow is underestimated. It can make a huge difference in neck alignment and overall comfort.

I also make sure all electronics are completely off or out of the bedroom. No charging lights, no standby mode glows. Every little light matters!

Typically, it's recommended to choose a blanket that's about 10% of your body weight. That seems to be the sweet spot for effectiveness without feeling restrictive.
