For cycling, breathable fabrics are better to prevent overheating. Neoprene can get a bit sweaty for long rides.

It's important to choose the right size too. Too tight, and it can restrict blood flow; too loose, and it won't provide the intended support.

For me, 7mm is perfect. It gives substantial compression but still allows for full range of motion. Anything thicker feels too bulky.

I've tried elbow sleeves for overhead pressing. They felt good, offered a bit of confidence, but I worry about relying on them too much. Don't want to weaken my natural joint stability.
