I usually suggest looking for NSF Certified for Sport or similar third-party tested brands to ensure purity and potency. As for type, Type II is often recommended specifically for joint cartilage.

Yeah, marine collagen is supposed to be more bioavailable. I also try to pair it with Vitamin C, as that's crucial for collagen synthesis in the body.

From a recovery standpoint, collagen is definitely on my radar. It provides amino acids essential for connective tissue repair. I recommend looking for Type I and Type II collagen, depending on your specific needs.
