Forest bathing sounds wonderful, FreshFork! And I agree, PowerLifterPro and CycleStrategist, combining exercise with nature is the best. I need to make more time for those types of activities.

Forest bathing (Shinrin-yoku) is a real thing! Just being among trees, taking deep breaths, and engaging your senses. It lowers cortisol and blood pressure.
